Shakshuka is delicious, can taste the spices, combined with sourdough bread; sedap. Grilled cheese got lots of cheese combined with tomato soup. Both is good but I like shakshuka better. Hazelnut latte is too soft, black okinawa latte is surprisingly unique. Located at corner lot of terrace house, so okay to park on the curb. Overall, this is a must repeat breakfast place.

1. Is your sourdough gluten free?
Our breads are made with sourdough and has gone through roughly 12 to 16 hours of fermentation so the amount of gluten present in the bread has been effectively chopped down to smaller pieces, making it more available to our digestive system. They are not entirely gluten free, but the predigested gluten is made available to us by the good wild bacteria present in our culture.
2. What do you mean by true sourdough?
It simply means our breads has no added commercial yeast added to the dough during mixing period. Our breads have no preservative so that’s why we strongly advise you to keep them in freezers upon receiving.
3. What is sourdough?
Sourdough refers breads made and leavened with wild yeast cultures cultivated in-house of each bakery. Each cultures are unique to each bakery and will produce different results in different environment and hands.
4. What ingredients do you use for your sourdough?
Unbleached flour (high protein), filtered water, unrefined salt as base, with addition of other ingredients. Almost all sugar used for baking are organic raw cane sugar (ORCS).
5. Can eczema/gerd/gastric/diabetes etc eat sourdough?
Yes and no. We strongly advice each individual to give it a try. Ability to tolerate gluten, even at pre-digested level differ vastly.
6. Do you sell your bread?
Yes we do. Available over the counter or if you wish for fancy loaves, 3 days preorder is required.
7. Is your cafe halal?
While we haven’t acquired Jakim’s official halal approval, we take pride in ensuring every ingredient used are halal-certified.
8. Are the owners of the café local/Muslim?
Yes we are locally owned and operated café, with Muslim owners.
9. What is your best seller?
Our best sellers are our Pagi’s Shakshuka, our Turkish Eggs, Grilled cheese, even our bagel range do not disappoint.
10. Do you do supply?
Yes. We supply a wide range of sourdough products from classic country loaf, to bagel, to English muffins, to brioches and even foccacias.

Yes we do. Once in a while we hold group classes teaching sourdoughs, but we do have private group class, private outstation, commercial class, commercial outstation.
