Went to the cafe on a weekend morning around 11 AM. The line was long, but we got to the counter in about 10-12 minutes. Our food was ready in about 6 minutes. The sourdough loaf was sold out, so we ordered a sourdough beef sandwich and a tuna bagel. The sourdough pulled beef sandwich was really good, but I didn’t like the tuna bagel as much. The service was fast and friendly, even with a lot of people. I would definitely come back!

Feels like you are having breakfast at home. Came here with mum for breakfast. Both of us been wanting to come here for a while. Definitely worth it! Attentive and welcoming staffs. Clean environment. Located at residential area but since it is end-lot, you can easily park your car nearby. Coffee tastes great with neat latte art. This is my first time trying Shakshuka. The spices used was just nice and not overpowering. Would be better if it is slightly salty but overall tastes wonderful. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is the BEST THING I had this year! Overloaded with cheese, with a subtle amount of garlic paste in between and smells heavenly! The saltiness from the sandwich pairs perfectly with the tanginess of thick tomato soup which served as a dipping. Please give it a try!

1. Is your sourdough gluten free?
Our breads are made with sourdough and has gone through roughly 12 to 16 hours of fermentation so the amount of gluten present in the bread has been effectively chopped down to smaller pieces, making it more available to our digestive system. They are not entirely gluten free, but the predigested gluten is made available to us by the good wild bacteria present in our culture.
It simply means our breads has no added commercial yeast added to the dough during mixing period. Our breads have no preservative so that’s why we strongly advise you to keep them in freezers upon receiving.
Sourdough refers breads made and leavened with wild yeast cultures cultivated in-house of each bakery. Each cultures are unique to each bakery and will produce different results in different environment and hands.
Unbleached flour (high protein), filtered water, unrefined salt as base, with addition of other ingredients. Almost all sugar used for baking are organic raw cane sugar (ORCS).
Yes and no. We strongly advice each individual to give it a try. Ability to tolerate gluten, even at pre-digested level differ vastly.
Yes we do. Available over the counter or if you wish for fancy loaves, 3 days preorder is required.
